CLASSICAL MAT PILATES

Experience the ultimate full-body Pilates workout with our Classical Mat Pilates class. In this class, we place a strong emphasis on the foundational principles of Pilates, including breathwork, control, precision, concentration, and centering. This low-impact class is designed for everyone, offering tailored modifications and challenges to suit all fitness levels. Please remember to bring your yoga mat and a water bottle.
